We have been working as promotional gift suppliers in Spain for over 15 years. During this time, we have noticed a series of frequently asked questions from our clients. To help you address these concerns in advance, we have prepared this list of frequently asked questions.

How to place your orders

¿How can I request a quote for corporate gifts?
You can contact us in various ways to request quotes for promotional gifts or to inquire about anything you need. The quickest way to obtain your quote is by emailing us at pedidos@mymregalospromocionales.es, detailing your requirements, specifying quantities, imprint colors, and delivery location.

Do you have a minimum order quantity for promotional items?
For the majority of items, we have a minimum order quantity of 200 units. Some items, such as USB drives, have a minimum order quantity of 100 units, while others, like hats, have a minimum order quantity of 250. Additionally, certain models of pens may have a minimum order quantity of 1,000 units. However, most of our items have a minimum order quantity of 200 units.
Where can I place my orders for promotional items and corporate gifts?
You can place your orders with us from anywhere in the world, as long as the delivery is within Spain or a European Union country. Our headquarters are located in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, and we provide personalized corporate gifts for companies in both the Canary Islands and the rest of the national territory. If you require shipping to a destination outside the Spanish national territory, please contact us, and we will assess your request.
How long does it take for my promotional gifts order to be ready?
Most items can be delivered within 10-12 days to any location in Spain, including the Canary Islands, from the moment the order is placed. It’s important to note that the order processing time may be delayed for various reasons, such as budget preparation, client approval, initial payment, final design preparation, etc. Therefore, if the order is for an event or you need it by a specific date, you should consider these factors and place the order well in advance.
What needs to be done to process the order?
Once the client has accepted the quote, they should send us the logo or image to be applied to the items. We will then provide the design or final artwork (a sketch showing how the branding will appear on the item). Once the final artwork is approved and the initial payment is made, the production of the promotional material is initiated.
Do I have to make any upfront payment?
Yes, an upfront payment is required, typically amounting to 70% of the total cost.
What is your return and warranty policy?
If you believe that the personalized item received differs from what was presented in the final design, please send us photographs or samples of the order for us to assess its replacement at no cost. The order must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition; returns of used products or those showing signs of manipulation will not be accepted.

Any complaints must be notified in writing via email (orders [at] mymregalospromocionales.es) within 5 days of receiving the order. Additionally, complaints or claims can be directed to our registered address (see our legal notice) via regular mail.

All our items can be returned within a maximum period of 14 days from their receipt if the customer wishes, without the need for any justification, provided that the item is not personalized*.

*The right of withdrawal does not apply to those items that, in accordance with the customer’s specifications, have been personalized with logos, texts, or images sent, as indicated by Law 3/2014 on electronic commerce.

Items and Branding

Is there a need to send the logo in any specific format?
Yes, in order to customize your order, we require the logo to be in a vectorized format, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Freehand, EPS, PDF, or Corel Draw. If you don’t have your logo in any of these formats, we can vectorize it for you at a cost that will depend on each logo; please inquire for each specific case.
Can I place an order for items without customization?
Certainly, you can request items either with or without customization, as you prefer. In the same order, you can even request some items to be personalized and others not. Please be aware that items without customization may have higher minimum order quantities compared to personalized items.
Where is your stock located?
We offer all kinds of promotional items you can imagine—virtually any product that can be customized, we can provide to our clients.

Most of our services include items for fairs and conferences, event merchandising, gifts for employees and/or clients, welcome packs, gifts for educational institutions, and items for hotels.
Can you help me with graphic design and creating logos for my promotional items?
Typically, we don’t handle designs, as our clients provide the design to be applied, preferably in vector format for proper use during branding.

Do you have an online store where I can place my orders directly?
No, we do not have an online store where you can place orders directly. We prefer to work directly and personally with our clients, managing each order in a customized manner. If you are interested in making a purchase or have specific inquiries, please contact us directly, and we will be happy to assist you.
Do you have offices where we can go to see the stock?
No, we do not have offices or showrooms where you can view the stock. However, we can send you high-quality images and even videos of the items. You can also request samples (non-customized, with a small additional cost).
¿What experience do you have as providers of promotional gifts?
We started working as corporate gift providers more than 15 years ago, so we have extensive experience assisting our clients with their promotional items.
How can I contact your customer service in case of questions or issues?
We prefer to manage customer relationships through email to keep a record of the entire process. We respond to all emails within 24 business hours of receiving them.
